Want beautiful skin? Control calcium and use sunscreen!

Australian researchers just confirmed that year-round use of sunscreen significantly slows skin aging caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays.

The Queensland Institute of Medical Research this week published an article in the Annals of Internal Medicine magazine. Their research found adults were less likely to show increased wrinkling over a 4.5 year period than adults who used the sunscreen less often. They studied 903 adults aged 25-55 who live in one of the sun’s most unrelentless spots on earth.

The adults using daily sunscreen were 24 percent less likely to show increased aging, according to the Australian study. This was regardless of sex, age, skin color, occupation, skin cancer history, weight, even smoking!

The sunscreen had an SPF of 15.

The study’s advice: use sunscreen daily and reapply it often. That’s every two hours or after sports (sweating) or bathing. The application rule here is thick.

That’s how to prevent aging from the outside. From the inside, you have to get your calcium/magnesium ratio in biobalance. You anti-hot flash people/PMS are already working on your copper/zinc ratio.

Guess what? These two ratios also control your metabolism. Get them right and you will lose weight, too!
